What song is it that just make your day, makes your toes tap no matter what, puts a smile on your face, or simply transports you back in time - AND WHY?
DAYDREAM BELIEVER by the Monkees - oh yeah. I admitted it.
My grandmother raised me, and I remember crying myself to sleep because I wanted to be with my mom. When I was upset, my grandma would sing "Daydream Believer" to me, because it was my mom's favorite song when she was little.
I can't even sing it to Zion - I cry everytime I hear it, but it makes me happy. It's one of those things that reminds me that my grandmother was ALWAYS there for me.
